THE MASTERPLAN

We appreciate it’s a long way to come for a wedding so we’ve got a couple of plans around the big day that we hope you’ll join us for. Find those and the order of the day itself below. Subject to change as we get closer but we’ll be sure to update it on here.

SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER 2026

If you’ve arrived in Cornwall in time we would love to have you join us for a drink at a pub before the big day. We will post the venue and time here when it is confirmed but expect early evening as we’ll be setting up at the venue beforehand.

SUNDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER 2026 the big day!

• 12pm - arrive at The Food Barn - Tregew

• 12:30pm - ceremony

• 2pm - sit down lunch

• 5pm - evening guests arrive - party time

• 8pm - some more food

• 11pm - the music stops and it’s time to go home!

MONDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 2026

Your cars can be collected from The Food Barn in the morning and if you don’t have to rush off we would love everyone to meet us down on Flushing Beach for some R and R. We have hired the Kiln Sauna from 12pm till 4pm and would love it if you brought your cozzies and joined us in the sea and the sauna! It’s a really lovely spot and nothing clears up a hangover quite like it! We will also have a couple of fire pits going and will be there for the afternoon so bring down a picnic if you like. There is a car park in Flushing, and road parking on Trefusis Rd, but we’d strongly encourage car sharing as there is limited space. If you’re staying in Falmouth, there’s a shuttle ferry that runs from the town centre in Falmouth to Flushing (10 minute walk from Flushing Beach).
